A call for civil society organizations from the Western Balkans is ongoing.

All lump sum taxpayers and those just planning to start a business will now be able to calculate their tax liabilities four years in advance on www.jpd.rs.

Medvedja – The Municipality of Medvedja won the first place in the contest for the "Municipality/ City of Equal Opportunities," which was organized by the Commissioner for the Protection of Equality, with the support of the Royal Norwegian Embassy.

Bujanovac – The demining of two locations near Bujanovac was completed – the zone near the villages of Koncul and Turija, a total area of which is  600,000 square meters, the Government's Mine Action Center said.

The Regional Youth Conference "Young People in the Western Balkans and Turkey: WE NEED MORE" will be held on Tuesday, November 19, 2019, at the Kombank Hall (Decanska 14, Belgrade), commencing at 10 am.

Sinisa Mali, Minister of Finance in the Government of the Republic of Serbia, said yesterday that young people were an absolute priority of the Government, as well as providing conditions for their employment and encouraging entrepreneurial initiatives.

Medvedja – A concert of the “Strings in the Wind” quartet from Belgrade was held at the Cultural Center of the Municipality of Medvedja. This unique chamber ensemble from our country, which consists of Ivana Antic – the flute, Lena Vasic – the violin, Vladimir Gurbaj – the clarinet and Ivan Milutinovic, played the best works of Strauss, Tchaikovsky, Vivaldi, Verdi and other greats of classical music. 

Bujanovac – The library "November 14" in Bujanovac celebrated its day by welcoming children from the after-school care of the “Branko Radicevic” elementary school.

Bujanovac, Izmir – Among the seven doctors from Serbia who completed an emergency medicine training in the Turkish city of Izmir, called “Medical Rescue Team Training”, was Dr Bejtula Ajeti from the Emergency Medical Service of the Bujanovac Health Center.

The Serbian Chamber of Commerce (SCC) and the Organization of Music Authors (OMA) signed an agreement that provides for an additional discount on the minimum rates that local radio and TV stations pay to that association for broadcasting musical works. It is estimated that, thanks to this facility, small broadcasters will save millions of dinars per year.
