TRANSFER FUNDS FROM THE BUDGET DITRIBUTED TO THE MUNICIPALITIES OF PRESEVO, BUJANOVAC AND MEDVEDJA AT THE SESSION OF THE PRESIDENCY OF THE COORDINATION BODY

Belgrade – Distribution of budgetary funds to the municipalities of Presevo, Bujanovac and Medvedja was agreed upon at the meeting of the Presidency of the Coordination Body for the Municipalities of Presevo, Bujanovac and Medvedja. Zoran Stankovic, the President of the Coordination Body, said that the funds were distributed to the municipalities through the Coordination Body by the Government of the Republic of Serbia.

“This year, a Commission was set up to prepare the criteria for the distribution of transfer funds, which included representatives of all three municipalities, who agreed on the criteria for transferring transfer funds to the municipalities. This year's budget of the Coordination Body for transfer funds amounts to 264 million and 33 thousand dinars and according to the established criteria, the municipality of Presevo gets 38.5 percent, the municipality of Bujanovac 41, 5 percent and the municipality of Medvedja 20 percent of the funds. Thus, the municipality of Bujanovac received 109,573, 695 dinars from the budget of the Coordination Body, the municipality of Presevo 101, 652, 705 dinars, and the municipality Medvedja 52, 806, 600 dinars. The decision on distribution of transfer funds was adopted unanimously, " Mr. Stankovic said.

A report on the work of that governmental body for the previous year was adopted and new activities for this year were agreed upon at the meeting of the Presidency of the Coordination Body.

Apart from the President of the Coordination Body, Zoran Stankovic, the Vice-President of the Coordination Body, Sima Gazikalovic and the Director of the Coordination Body’s Office, Danijela Nenadic, the session was attended by the Mayor of Bujanovac, Saip Kamberi, the Mayor of Presevo, Sciprim Arifi, the Mayor of Medvedja, Nebojsa Arsic, and the Presidents of the Municipal Assemblies of Presevo, Bujanovac and Medvedja, Sami Salihu, Adnan Salihu and Milan Stevanovic, as well as by MPs Nenad Mitrovic and Fatmir Hasani.
