TRAINING FOR PREPARING, WRITING AND BUDGETING EU PROJECTS

In February, experts from the EUTA team are organizing a three-day training course for individuals who want to improve their skills in writing and preparing projects for EU funds.

The EUTA (European Training Academy) organization, a team of experts in the field of EU funds, organizes a three-day training, from February 6 to 8, for the individuals who want to improve their skills in preparing and writing projects for EU funds, primarily for the EU research and innovation program Horizon 2020.

The training is based on project development, starting from generation of the idea, identification and analysis of the call for applications, creation of the initial project concept (goals, results, activities and partners), as well as on filling in the entire application form or key parts of the application that is evaluated.

On the last day, the focus is on preparing the project budget, while participants will be working on writing a realistic budget at numerous workshops, which is crucial when implementing the project.

Participants will have the opportunity to see how successful projects that have received funding, but also those that are poorly rated, look like. They will also be acquainted with the evaluation process and the project scoring system.

The training course consists of a combination of theory, demonstration of examples from the trainer's personal practice, practical workshops and discussion. All knowledge and skills acquired can be applied to writing other EU projects, and besides project writing and partner seeking techniques, participants master a philosophy of project writing that is universal and can be applied to any donor program, not just EU funds.
