THE RHIF RETURNS MONEY TO CITIZENS WHO HAVE PAID BUT HAVE NOT BEEN TESTED AT THEIR OWN REQUEST

28. July 2020.

The Republican Health Insurance Fund announced that it was starting to return money to the citizens who wanted to perform a PSR test for corona virus or serological testing for the presence of antibodies at their own request, but did not do so for specific reasons.

In order to exercise the right to a refund, it is necessary to submit a filled in application form to the directorate of the Republican Health Insurance Fund, available on the RHIF website or in a free form, RTS reports.

When it comes to natural persons, it is necessary to state in the form the name and surname, address, citizen unique identification number, and when it comes to foreign citizens, the insurance number or passport number.

The RHIF adds that when it comes to legal entities, it is necessary to state the name, registered office address and personal identification number of the legal entity, the list of employees for whom a refund is requested with data on persons and their citizen unique identification numbers.

Also, everyone should submit a copy of the payment order, the amount requested for refund, the reason for submitting the claims and the name of the bank and the current account number into which the money will be paid.

It is also necessary to state the reason for submitting the request: wrong payment, the person does not need or was not provided with the service on personal request (reasons are stated), or other reasons, the RHIF notes.

The request can be e-mailed to testovi@rfzo.rs.
