SWEETS FOR DUNJA SOLD “LIKE HOTCAKES”

Bujanovac – The cookies and cakes that Jelena, Kristina, Lidija, Sanja and Natasa, who are residents of Bujanovac, had made to help Dunja Milanovic, who is a young fellow inhabitant of Bujanovac, sold in two hours at the booth that these women had set in the square in Bujanovac.

Natasa Kljajic, who was, along with Sanja Simic, in the role of a saleswoman, was pleased with the reaction of the citizens

"Everything was sold fast, while we managed to raise 29,640 dinars and all that money will be paid into Dunja’s account," said Natasa, who was proud and pleased because of it.

Three-year-old Dunja Milanovic from Bujanovac has been suffering from a severe heart defect since birth - a transposition of large blood vessels with VSD, due to which she has to undergo surgery that will save her life. However, a chronic respiratory infection has fallen on the shoulders of the brave little fighter, which prevents her from becoming strong enough for a complicated surgery. The only salvation is the coughing up device, which her parents Jelena and Stefan cannot afford to purchase, so that they need the financial assistance of all of us.
