SURPLUS TEACHERS AT ELEVEN SCHOOLS IN BUJANOVAC AND PRESEVO

Bujanovac, Presevo – According to portal Titulli.com, the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development published a list of redundant teachers at primary and secondary schools in Serbia, which, inter alia, referred to 11 schools in the municipalities of Bujanovac and Presevo.

Regarding schools where classes are held in the Albanian language, there are redundancies at secondary school "Sezai Surroi" in Bujanovac, as well as at primary schools "Muharem Kadriu" in Veliki Trnovac, "Naim Fraseri" in Bujanovac, "Desanka Maksimovic" in the village of Biljaca and " Midjeni "in the village of Muhovac.

According to the said list, there are redundancies in Presevo, too, at grammar school "Skanderbeg" in Presevo, at primary school "Selami Halaci" in the village of Oraovica, at primary school "Dituria" in the village of Crnotince, at primary school the "9 th. of May” in the village of Reljan," at primary school “Abdul Krasnica" in the village of Miratovac and" at primary school Zenel Hajdini" in the village of Rajince.

Financial compensation in the form of severance pay will be provided to those who will lose their jobs, while the list will be updated at the start of the school year, writes the news portal in Albanian.

According to the list, 4,473 teachers in Serbia will be declared redundant in the 2017/2018 school year, due to the increasingly smaller number of school students.
