START-AP LOANS UNDER THE PROGRAM FOR ENCOURAGING THE DEVELOPMENT OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP THROUGH FINACIAL SUPPORT FOR BEGINNERS IN BUSINESS IN 2018 (DEADLINE: DECEMBER 31, 2018)

The funds are intended as financial support for investments for those who wish to start their own businesses, or for the existing entrepreneurs, micro and small companies, which are registered in the Business Registers Agency in the year preceding the year of application at the earliest.

Eligible to apply for the funds under the Program are also the clients who were previously the founders and owners of one economic entity at the most, which was deleted from the register before the publication of the call. The investments that may be financed under this program include: the upgrading, reconstruction, renovation and fixing of office or manufacturing space, purchase of the equipment (new or used one, not older than five years), as well as the working capital, which may participate up to 20% in the structure of the total investment.

The business entities that meet the requirements of the Program are entitled to financial support in the form of a grant amounting to 30% of the value of the investment. The remaining amount of the investment will be financed from the loan fund with a maturity of 5 years, within which the grace period is one year, and the rate of interest 1.5% per annum, including a bank guarantee or 3% per annum with other collaterals, including the use of a currency clause.
