SESSION OF THE MANAGING BOARD OF THE EUROPEAN PROGRESS PROGRAM

Blace - The fourth meeting of the Managing Board of the European Progress Program will be held at 12.30 am on Friday, February 27, 2015. The meeting will take place on the premises of the Business School of Professional Studies in Blace.

Participants in the meeting include representatives of the Ministries of the Government of the Republic of Serbia, 34 local self-governments that participate in the implementation of the European Progress Program, representatives of the development agencies and projects, civil society, donors and the Delegation of the European Union and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation. The United Nations Office for Project Services - UNOPS, as the executive partner, has the role of coordinator of the Board.

At the meeting, members of the Managing Board will familiarize themselves with the progress that the program had achieved in the period from September 17 to December 31, 2014, as well as with the activities related to learning Serbian as a non-mother in the municipalities of Presevo, Bujanovac and Medvedja. Projects for preparation of technical documentation, which were proposed for funding, as well as a draft public call for plans of detailed regulation, will also be considered at the meeting.
