PUBLIC INVITATION FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE FINANCING OF THE TRAINING PROGRAM FOR THE EMPLOYER'S REQUIREMENTS FOR AN EMPLOYEE IN 2019

The National Employment Office issued a public call to participate in financing a training program for the employer's employee in 2019.

The training program for the employer's employee's needs is carried out in order to acquire additional knowledge and skills for improving competencies and acquiring the missing knowledge and skills. The aim of the training is to keep employment with the employer.

Training is carried out for the purpose of special training of an employee or general training of an employee, in accordance with the Decree on Rules for Granting State Financial Assistance.   The special training of the employee is considered to be the acquisition of additional knowledge and skills intended for the employed person, who, through training, acquires competencies or acquires the lack of knowledge and skills that are not transferable or are partially transferable to other economic entities or activities. The general training of an employee is considered to be the acquisition of additional knowledge and skills intended for the employed person, who, through training, acquires competencies or acquires the missing knowledge, abilities and skills that are mostly transferable to other economic entities or activities.

The right to participate in the realization of the training program at the request of the employer can be realized by the employer under the following conditions:

• that he/she belongs to the private sector (the share of private equity in the ownership structure is 100%);

• that he/she regularly pays taxes and compulsory social security contributions within the legal deadlines over the past 24 months;   

• that he/she was not, over the past 24 months, registered in the register of debtors regarding forcible collection of the National Bank of Serbia;

• that he/she has settled the contractual and other obligations towards the National Employment Office, except for the obligations the realization of which is currently in progress, provided that he/she regularly settles them;

• that he/she has an employee training plan with a proposal of a trainer with the attachments that include an accredited training program, which is the subject of the employer's request; that he/she has all necessary conditions for the realization of training in terms of spatial-material-technical conditions and personnel capacities;

• that he/she includes in the training program an employee who is employed for an indefinite period for at least 6 months prior to submitting a request for the participation in the financing of training.

The public call is open from the date of publication in the media, to the expenditure of the available funds allocated for this purpose, but no later than November 29, 2019.
