PUBLIC CONSULTATIONS AS PART OF THE PROGRAM OF TERRITORIAL COOPERATION BETWEEN SERBIA AND MACEDONIA

As part of the new 2016-2020 Program of Territorial Cooperation between Serbia and Macedonia, the Office for European Integration of the Republic of Serbia, in cooperation with the Ministry of Local Self-Government of the Republic of Macedonia, is organizing one-day public consultations. 

The program includes the following districts of the Republic of Serbia:

Jablanica district - the city of Leskovac and the municipalities of Bojnik, Medvedja, Vlasotince and Crna Trava;

Pcinj district – the city of Vranje and two urban municipalities of Vranje and Vranjska Spa, as well as the municipalities of Vladicin Han, Surdulica, Bosilegrad, Trgoviste, Bujanovac and Presevo.

The aim of the public consultations is to inform future beneficiaries of the program area, the analysis of the situation in the program area (SWOT Analysis) and of the thematic priorities selected for funding under the 2016-2020 financial perspective. 

The Office for European Integration invites civil society organizations and other stakeholders from the above-mentioned districts to a workshop, which will be held in Leskovac (the building of the Regional Chamber of Commerce in Leskovac, Stojana Ljubica 12, third floor), at 10 am on July 21, for the purpose of considering in detail and through discussion the program area needs and contributing to the completion of the program.

Participation in the workshop must be confirmed by Wednesday, 20 July, at the latest by sending an e-mail to snovkovic@seio.gov.rs.
