PUBLIC CALL OF THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION, SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT TO SUBMIT PROJECT PROPOSALS THAT ARE FINANCED UNDER THE INVESTMENT ALLOCATION PROGRAM (DEADLINE: OCTOBER 15, 2019)

The Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development commenced the appropriate preparatory activities for the preparation of the Program of allocation of investment funds of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development for the budget year 2020, which will be implemented after the adoption of the Law on the Budget of the Republic of Serbia for 2020.

The Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development's investment allocation program covers the financing of the following projects: construction, upgrading, renovation, rehabilitation, reconstruction, investment and ongoing maintenance of buildings, equipping elementary, secondary, two-year post- secondary and university educational institutions and student standard institutions, with the basic aim of maintaining the achieved level of the provided spatial conditions and equipment of the facilities and institutions, as well as improving them in accordance with the new standards.

The proposals for the projects financed from the budget of the Republic of Serbia, which are part of the Program of allocation of investment funds of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development for 2020, should be submitted in writing:

1. On Form 1 - for projects related to the financing of projects of construction, upgrading, renovation, rehabilitation, reconstruction, and investment and ongoing maintenance of buildings and structures (construction, building and installation works).

2. On Form 2 - for projects related to the financing of the procurement of new equipment and goods, the replacement of worn out equipment, which ensures the improvement of the conditions of teaching and staying of students in the facilities for their teaching and accommodation and nutrition.

Project proposals are to be submitted to the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development – the Sector for Student Standards and Investments, located at Nemanjina 22-24, 11000 Belgrade, by October 15, 2019, at the latest.
