PUBLIC CALL FOR SUBMITTING PROPOSALS FOR THE PERMANENTLY OPEN CALL FOR IMPROVING THE POSITION OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES (DEADLINE: NOVEMBER 2, 2020)
The Ministry of Labor, Employment, Veterans' and Social Affairs has launched a public call for the submission of program proposals for a permanently open competition for the improvement of the position of persons with disabilities in the Republic of Serbia in 2020.
The subject of this call is the financing or participation in the financing of programs implemented by citizens' associations registered in the territory of the Republic of Serbia with the aim of improving the position of persons with disabilities through:
1. Improving accessibility and providing adequate working conditions for associations to enable persons with disabilities to participate fully and equally in the life of the community,
2. Raising public awareness of persons with disabilities,
3. Improving the quality of life of persons with disabilities by strengthening their capacities and providing the opportunities for their full and effective participation and inclusion in all areas of social life.
The funds for this call are provided within the budget of the Republic of Serbia, in the Budget Fund for programs for the protection and promotion of the position of persons with disabilities, in the total amount of 165,000,000.00 dinars.
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
1. That they are registered as citizens' associations based in the Republic of Serbia in accordance with the regulations governing the entry into the Register of Associations;
2. That they are directly responsible for the preparation and implementation of the program and
3. That the previously undertaken obligations from the contract concluded with the Ministry of Labor, Employment, Veterans' and Social Affairs were timely, effectively and fully met.
The program proposals submitted to this call must meet the following requirements:
1. The duration of the program can be a maximum of 8 months, ending on December 31, 2020.
2. All the activities specified in the program proposal must be implemented in the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
The call’s documentation forms can be downloaded electronically from the Ministry of Labor, Employment, Veterans' and Social Affairs website www.minrzs.gov.rs , in the calls section, and on the e-Government portal www.euprava.gov.rs .
All documentation must be submitted in one certified and printed copy by registered mail or personal delivery. Along with the printed and certified documentation, it is necessary to submit the electronic version of the annex, or the forms on CD, exclusively in Word and Excel formats.
The full name and address of the sender, the name of the program and the following text: "FOR PERMANENTLY OPEN COMPETITION - DO NOT OPEN" must be indicated on the envelope.
Program proposals are to be submitted by November 2, 2020, in a sealed envelope to:
