PUBLIC CALL FOR APPLYING BY LOCAL SELF-GOVERNMENTS FOR THE ALLOCATION OF PART OF RESOURCES FROM THE BUDGETARY FUND FOR LOCAL SELF-GOVERNMENTS’ PROGRAMS

The Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government issued a call for the allocation of funds for the achievement of the following objectives:

1. Participation in providing the missing part of funds in full or partial amount for the implementation of new or completion of the already initiated projects financed from the budget of the local self-government that are of particular importance for local economic development, investments and employment in the local self-government, which include: infrastructure projects of the local self-governmental units (construction of utility infrastructure, works on the buildings of the local self-governments, works on school facilities, works on the facilities of preschool institutions, works on cultural facilities, works on sports facilities, works in city squares and parks, works related to the public lighting and video surveillance systems and works on open market facilities.

2. Providing financial, technical and other assistance in order to faster and better introduce e-government and modern information technologies for the improvement and modernization of the operation of local self-governments, as well as the technical requirements for electronic networking with the government and other agencies and organizations.

3. Assisting local self-governmental units with organizing cultural and sports, tourism and other events that are of particular importance to the citizens, as well as the adequate access to public service institutions for persons with special needs.

The deadline for submitting applications for the allocation of funds is 20 days from announcing the public invitation in the "Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia". The requests for the allocation of funds should be submitted on the appropriate form. The requests, along with all the necessary documentation, should be submitted as it was specified in the call. The requests for the allocation of funds, along with the documentation, should be submitted to the following address:
