PUBLIC CALL FOR ADVANCED TRAINING IN WRITING PROJECT PROPOSALS (DEADLINE: NOVEMBER 20, 2020)

The Resource Center has issued a call for civil society organizations in Serbia for the training "Encouraging CSOs to Activism through Advanced Training in Writing Project Proposals", which will be run by representatives of the Becej Youth Association.

The training will last for three days and will be held from December 3 to 6, 2020, at the “Omorika” Hotel on Mt. Tara. Due to the deterioration of the current epidemiological situation, and primarily due to the concern for the safety and health of the participants, the training was postponed from November to December, hoping that more favorable conditions for holding meetings will exist then. If the situation caused by the COVID-19 virus does not improve, the training will be held online at the aforementioned date.

The goal of the training is to improve the capacity of civil society organizations in Serbia to write project proposals by encouraging them to activism, teamwork, development and implementation of their ideas aimed at positive changes in their communities.

The training provides basic knowledge in the field of project writing in the civil sector, and will be run by coaches of the Becej Youth Association, who have a great deal of experience in the field of project writing.

This is the right training for you if you want to:

• Work on developing your ideas

• Gain practical knowledge about projects and writing project proposals

• Familiarize yourself with the most common mistakes when writing project proposals

• Learn how to follow up and evaluate the success of the project implementation

• Learn how to budget project activities and how to find donors

You can apply to participate in the training by filling in the application form, which is available on https://gradjanske.civicatalyst.org/pisanje_projekta, until November 20, 2020.

It has been planned for the training to be attended by up to 15 representatives of civil society organizations (one from each selected organization). Only the candidates who have passed the selection will be contacted.

The training organizer covers the transportation and accommodation costs. . Transportation is refunded in the amount of the return ticket price upon delivery of the original return ticket, or in the amount of the ticket price, with the certificate issued by the bus station.
