PROGRAM OF ENCOURAGING THE DEVELOPMENT OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP THROUGH FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR BEGINNERS IN BUSINESS IN 2019

The program of encouraging the development of entrepreneurship through financial support for beginners in business in 2019 is carried out by the Ministry of Economy, in cooperation with the Development Fund of the Republic of Serbia.

The objectives of the program are: support to beginners for starting their independent businesses through the establishment of new business entities, encouraging employment and supporting entrepreneurship of women, youth and social entrepreneurship.

Eligible to apply are the entrepreneurs, micro and small companies registered at the Business Register Agency in 2018 at the earliest.

Total available grants for the implementation of this program are 200,000,000.00 dinars. The earmarked funds of the Fund for crediting business entities under this program are 466,666,666.67 dinars.

The investments that can be financed under this Program include:

– Extension/reconstruction/adaptation/repair/maintenance of business or production premises;

– Purchase of the equipment (new or used, not older than five years);

– Permanent working capital, which can participate up to 20% in the structure of total investment.

A filled-in application for start-up loan and grant application, as well as the accompanying documentation, are to be submitted to the Fund at the following addresses: Bulevar Nemanjica 14a, Nis and Knez Mihailova 14, Belgrade.

The public call is open until the available funds are spent, but not later than December 31, 2019.
