PROGRAM EXCHANGE 5 - COMPETITION FOR PACKAGES OF SUPPORT TO LOCAL SELF-GOVERNMENTAL UNITS IN THE FIELD OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT (DEADLINE: APRIL 5, 2019)

Under the Exchange 5 Program, the competition for packages of support in the field of property management was issued, which is funded by the European Union from the IPA 2014 funds. The project is implemented by the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government (MDULS), in cooperation with the Ministry of Finance, the Sector for Contracting and Financing the Funds from the EU’s Funds and the Standing Conference of Towns and Municipalities (SCTM), as an implementing partner.

Packages of support to local self-governmental units (LSUs) are a set of activities tailored to local needs, designed to help address specific problems in the area of property management, and after the implementation of the packages, based on the results achieved and the experience acquired, become a standard or guidelines for further provision of assistance to other LSUs in Serbia in this area.

All cities and municipalities have the opportunity to participate in the competition, except for those LSUs that have already received support under the Exchange 5 and EU Exchange 4 grant schemes in the field of property management.

Implementation of the activities under the Support Package is foreseen for the period from May 2019 to April 2020.
