The Office of the Coordination Body of the Government of the Republic of Serbia for the Municipalities of Preševo, Bujanovac and Medvedja informs representatives of the media that the Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Serbia, HE Mr. Alexander Konuzin, is going to pay a visit to South Serbia on February 2 and 3, 2009.

The goal of Ambassador Konuzin’s visit is familiarization with the political and economic situation in South Serbia. During the visit, Ambassador Konuzin is going to have talks with mayors and deputy mayors of the southern Serbian municipalities, as well as with political representatives of the Serbian, Albanian and Roma political parties and representatives of the Coordination Body for Preševo, Bujanovac and Medveđa.

During the first day of his visit, Ambassador Konuzin will have meetings in Medveđa and Vranje, while he will have talks in Preševo and Bujanovac during the second day of the visit.

The visit of the Rusiian Federation’s Ambassador to Serbia, HE Mr. Alexander Konuzin, is undertaken in cooperation with the Office of the Coordination Body of the Government of the Republic of Serbia for the Municipalities of Preševo, Bujanovac and Medvedja.
