PEACE NEXUS FOUNDATION’S COMPETITION FOR THE WESTERN BALKANS IN 2020 (Deadline: June 7, 2020)

27. May 2020.

By this call, the Peace Nexus Foundation seeks to support the organizations that contribute to social cohesion in the Western Balkans and the organizations that operate at the regional level. The Foundation is particularly interested in supporting the players working on increasing the quality and intensifying cooperation at the ethnic and national levels and thus contribute to regional mobility, dialogue and reconciliation.

By this call, the Foundation does not provide institutional (basic) funding.

Instead of it, the Foundation provides support in the following areas:

1. Susceptibility to conflicts in order to support organizations to adjust to the context and contribute to social cohesion;

2. Organizational support to organizations for peace-building and increasing their work efficiency;

3. Inclusive dialogue with the business sector, with the aim of involving relevant players in finding common solutions and contributions to social cohesion between the business sector, the community and the public authorities.

Cooperation with partners in overcoming internal or external challenges that prevent efficiency and the ability to achieve their goals is implied in all three areas of support.

 The deadline for submitting project proposals is June 7, 2020.

Additional information on the terms of the competition is available on  https://peacenexus.org/western-balkans-call.
