PARTICIPANTS IN THE COMPETITION "SERBIA IN THE RHYTHM OF EUROPE" AT A RECEPTION HELD BY THE MAYOR OF MEDVEDJA

Medvedja – The Mayor of Medvedja organized, in his office, a reception for the children who would represent the municipality of Medvedja at the competition "Serbia in the rhythm of Europe" in Vranje this year. The event will be broadcast on the Prva TV channel.

After the formal reception in his office, the Mayor of Medvedja, Nebojsa Arsic, held a press conference, emphasizing that those children were the pride and future of the municipality of Medvedja.

“Children are our biggest promoters, our future and pride. All the projects we do are actually meant for them. This event is one of the largest in terms of music in the country, and our municipality is one of the 24 local self-governments that will represent one of the Eurovision countries through the competition "Serbia in the Rhythm of Europe". Medvedja, as always, aspires to a position at the very top, and I believe that our children will win first place for the municipality of Medvedja. I wish them success and victory, so that they could provide the municipality of Medvedja with a host place next year, promote our municipality, our Gornja Jablanica and its beauties, which would complete the image of Medvedja, our hospitality and wealth, or the image of our children who represent us and who are our greatest wealth, who we are very proud of”, the Mayor of Medvedja said.

The event "Serbia in the Rhythm of Europe" has been held since 2008, and is intended for musically talented children of primary and secondary schools. This largest children's music project in Serbia was supported by the ambassadors of Europe and the European Union, as well as by the Prva Serbian Television.
