1. June 2020.

The NLB Bank Belgrade has launched the ninth NLB organic call, within which it will once again award the three best projects with a cash prize in the total amount of one and a half million dinars.

The call is open from May 27 to July 31, while individual agricultural producers with a registered farm, who are certified or in the process of certification for organic production, including the producers who have a group certificate or contract with the production organizer, have the right to apply.

The projects are to be submitted by post to the address of NLB Bank Belgrade, Bulevar Mihajla Pupina 165v, with the note "Competition for the Best Projects of Organic Production and Food Processing", or e-mailed to organic@nlb.rs .

The NLB Bank will award the three authors of the projects it evaluates the best with the amount of 500,000 dinars each, it was said in the statement issued by the bank.

"Although we had to slightly change the date of issuing the call due to the epidemic and the state of emergency, this year, more than ever, we want to provide support to producers of organic products. These people normally do their job the hard way and deserve special attention, and we believe that they need support now more than before, so that they could overcome the consequences of the crisis caused by the corona virus. I am extremely proud that over the past eight years, as many as 428 projects participated in our competition, and I hope that organic producers will continue to trust us, "said Branko Greganovic, the Chairman of the Executive Board of the NLB Bank, on the occasion of launching the ninth NLB organic call.

The results of the call will be announced by the end of October 2020 at the latest.
