MINISTER LONČAR: SICK PERSONS FROM BUJANOVAC AND PRESEVO GO TO LESKOVAC

Bujanovac – Corona patients from Bujanovac and Presevo will go to Leskovac for treatment in the coming days, said the Minister of Health Zlatibor Loncar in the RTS news program.

After the session of the Crisis Staff, he stated that the number of infected people was growing in those cities, but that due to the large number of patients, they would not go to Vranje, but to Leskovac:

“We have already organized their reception in Leskovac, and if there is a need, those patients will be transported further to Nis ", said the Minister.

Epidemiologist Branislav Tiodorović stated earlier that he expected a larger number of newly infected persons in those two cities. The same predictions were made by his colleague Predrag Kon, who said that problems were expected in Bujanovac and Presevo.

“As far as the locals are concerned, due to the gatherings in Presevo and Bujanovac, more problems are expected to occur there. The gatherings only make this situation, which is unfavorable and vulnerable, even worse "said Dr. Kon.

These announcements were made about ten days, which is how long the incubation usually lasts, after two tragic events and funerals in Veliki Trnovac and Zbevac, which were attended by a large number of people.
