MEMORIAL SERVICE FOR THE KILLED IN THE NATO BOMBING IN THE VILLAGE OF RELJANE

Presevo – The Commander of the Serbian Army Lieutenant - General Milosav Simovic laid a wreath at the monument to those who fell in the NATO bombing in the village of Reljane, near Presevo.  

Another wreath was laid by a delegation of the city of Vranje, which was led by the Deputy Mayor Dragoljub Stevanovic.

Those killed by NATO bombs on April 15, 1999 include Major Ljubisav Stojanovic, Captain Dragan Lukic, Sergeant Zeljko Alar, Corporal Dimce Stamenov, a conscript serving in the military Slobodan Markovic and reserve soldiers Aleksandar Popovic and Ninoslav Milenkov.

Wreaths and flowers were also laid by family members of those killed and by delegations of the Police Department, the BIA, the Army of Serbia and the Association of Pensioners and War Veterans.
