The IJAS reminds that the deadline for the privatization of state-owned media is July 1,  2015.

If a media outlet fails to be sold by then, the procedure shall be discontinued and the capital  privatized by transferring free shares to the employees.

If an employee doesn’t accept the transfer of free shares, the media outlet ceases to exist and is deleted from the registry, while the founder of publishers reaches a decision on change of the publisher’s activity or on dissolution of the publisher.
