JAPANESE SCHOLARSHIPS FOR STUDENTS AND RESEARCHERS

Nis – The “Japan Tobacco International” (JTI) Company and the Embassy of Japan announced a competition for the award of Sakura scholarships for the fourth year in a row.  

The competition is aimed at students and researchers who aren’t permanently employed and who have good research ideas in different areas, which include the Japanese language, literature and culture, social and technical sciences, and economics. 

To apply for this program, the applicants should submit their proposals for research work using the form posted on www.sakurastipendije.rs.

The proposals are to be submitted in the period from September 29 to October 20, 2014.

Five candidates will be selected by November 10, 2014, who will have to complete their research papers by July 1, 2015.
