JAPAN'S DONATION TO THE MUNICIPALITIES AFFECTED BY THE REFUGEE CRISIS

Bujanovac, Presevo - The Government of Japan will provide around 537,000 euros for the improvement of health care and environmental protection in Serbia, especially in the municipalities affected by the refugee crisis, the Japanese embassy said.

The aid will be provided to the municipalities of Bujanovac, Bosilegrad, Dimitrovgrad and Sid, as well as to the health centers in Presevo ​​and Trgoviste.

According to the statement issued by the Japanese embassy, the Japanese financial assistance,  ​​including the aforementioned donation, through the projects for the basic needs of the population in Serbia since 1999, amounts to around 11 million euros.
