The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) conducted a two-day training course for representatives of milk producers from South Serbia, with the aim of improving their skills in the fields of management, finance and marketing. The first course was dedicated to business management, with a special emphasis on the process of adjustment to changes in the market. The USAID’s program promotes economic development by means of providing support to small and medium-sized companies in the territory of southern and south-western Serbia. The USAID organizes training courses in the fields of business skills and introduction of international standards, as well as in the sphere of establishing new business contacts during fairs.
