The Edtech Center for Educational Technology in the Western Balkans is organizing a conference called “Digital Education 2020”, which will be held on April 10, 2020 at the Madlenianum Theater in Zemun (32, Glavna Street). 

The conference is organized to improve the quality of education through the use of information and communication technologies (ICT), by creating a platform for the exchange of knowledge of education employees, learning about innovative practices, teaching methods and applying ICT tools in education, and then by identifying possible key policy and practice recommendations in this area, as well as by ensuring the participation of all players in the digital age education.

In a thematic sense, the conference will raise the issue of the use of ICT in pre-school education, primary and secondary school education, university education and inclusive education.

Participation in the conference is free of charge, while the lectures will be held in Serbian and English.  The conference program will be conducted in several rooms.  In addition to a high-quality conference program, this event will also host a variety of fair shows with a large number of exhibitors from the region and beyond, during which conference participants will be able to get to know and try out the latest educational devices and products. 

The application for visitors is open until April 1, 2020.  By filling in and submitting the application form via the link ( ) the entrance for the conference and fair program is enabled.

The “Digital Education 2020” Conference is organized by the Center for Educational Technology in the Western Balkans, in cooperation with the Institute for the Advancement of Education and Training, the Social Inclusion and Poverty Reduction Team, the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development, the Institute for the Evaluation of the Quality of Education and Training, the Chamber of Commerce of Serbia and the Petlja Foundation.
