INVITATION TO MEMBERS OF THE MEDIA - 12.07.2011.

You are hereby invited to attend the event of enrollment of 11 future students, who are Serbs and Albanians from the municipalities of Presevo and Bujanovac. The event will take place at the office of the President of the University in Novi Sad (located at 5, Dositeja Obradovica Sq.), at 12.30 a.m. on Wednesday, July 13.

Milan Markovic, Minister of Human and Minority Rights, Public Administration and Local Self-Government and President of the Coordination Body of the Government of the Republic of Serbia for the Municipalities of Presevo, Bujanovac and Medvedja, Miroslav Veskovic, President of the University in Novi Sad and Andor Deli, the Provincial Secretary for Education, are going to meet the students.

Implementation of the project of providing scholarships to the young of the municipalities of Presevo and Bujanovac will hereby begin, as well as their integration in the educational system of the Republic of Serbia. The University in Novi Sad was selected because it is located in a multiethnic environment and because it has developed good practice of integrating persons with various cultural backgrounds.
