INCREASINGLY MORE SUCCESSFUL INVESTMENTS IN SOUTH SERBIA

20. October 2017.

Leskovac - Marko Cadez, the President of the Chamber of Commerce of Serbia, said in Leskovac that there were increasing more successful foreign investments in South Serbia, which is very important considering that only two local self-governments, those in Vranje and Leskovac, are in the second and third group of development, while nine municipalities have the status of devastated areas, whose level of development is less than half the national average.

“The arrival of new investors is expected, for instance, of those in the furniture industry. It is particularly important that there are increasingly more successful domestic plants in this area,   such as “Alfaplam” in Vranje, "said Mr. Cadez, who had talks with members of the regional parliament of businessmen at the Chamber of Commerce of the Jablanica and Pcinj Districts.

According to him, local companies and foreign investors can count on the support of the Chamber of Commerce of Serbia in solving specific problems faced in conducting everyday business operations.
