INCENTIVES OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE FOR THE PROCESSING OF AGRICULTURAL AND FOOD PRODUCTS THROUGH A PUBLIC CALL "GREAT PROCESSING OF UP TO 5 MILLION DINARS"

The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management – the Agricultural Payments Directorate issued a public call for applying for the right to incentives for the processing of agricultural and food products through a public call "Great Processing of Up to 5 Million Dinars".

The incentives include support for investment programs in the processing of agricultural and food products in the milk, meat, fruit and vegetable sectors, as well as in the manufacturing of wine, beer and strong alcoholic drinks.

Eligible to apply for these incentives are those who are registered in the Catalog of Farms and are in active status:

1. Entrepreneurs

2. Companies

3. Agricultural cooperatives that each have at least five members of a cooperative registered in the Catalog as the persons responsible for or members of five different commercial family farms in the active status.

The highest total amount of incentives the beneficiary can get in a calendar year is 5,000,000 dinars.

The procedure for exercising the right to the said incentives is initiated by submitting requests for incentives to the Agricultural Payments Directorate for each calendar year, in the period from January 1 to September 30 of the current year.
