FORUM OF YOUTH WITH DISABILITIES LAUNCHED A WEB PLATFORM FOR THE EMPLOYMENT OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES (Deadline: January 15, 2021)

25. December 2020.

Thanks to many years of experience in the field of employment, the Forum of Youth with Disabilities has developed a web platform for the employment of persons with disabilities, in order to improve its existing support services. The aim of the platform is to be a channel of communication and connection between people with disabilities who are looking for a job and the employer. Job candidates will be able to create their professional profiles, see job ads, as well as to apply for open job positions. On the other hand, employers will be able to advertise job vacancies and select the candidates who meet the requirements of a specific job.

The Forum of Youth with Disabilities invites all persons with disabilities who are looking for a job to register and create their profiles on the platform zaposljavanje.fmi.rs.

The platform is open for the entire territory of Serbia!

In the first phase of the platform's development, which lasts until January 15, 2021, the candidate registration process will be open. Then, in the next phase, the registration process will be open to employers as well. The Forum will, in the future, publish all information on open calls and trainings on this platform.

The web platform zaposljavanje.fmi.rs  was established as part of the project "Improving the Employability of Long-Term Unemployed Persons with Disabilities", which is carried out by the Forum of Youth with Disabilities.

The project is being implemented as part of the broader "EU Support to Active Youth Involvement" project, which is worth 4.7 million euros, and which is financed by the EU and co-financed by the Government of the Republic of Serbia. The project aims to ensure greater social inclusion of young people in Serbia by increasing youth employment, youth activities, work experience and entrepreneurial practice among youth.

The project is managed by the Ministry of Finance – the Sector for Contracting and Financing Programs from European Union’s Funds, while the institutional beneficiaries of the project are the Ministry of Labor, Employment, Veterans’ and Social Affairs and the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
