Bujanovac – Thanks to the funds of the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications of the Republic of Serbia, the shooting of a film on the tourist potential of the municipality of Bujanovac starts today.  The film will be broadcast as part of the Radio and Television of Serbia’s series "The Nicer Side of Serbia".

Ljiljana Andric, a coordinator at the Tourism Organization of Bujanovac, says that the film will last 30 minutes.

"Over the next two days, the television crew, together with representatives of the tourist organization, will visit the St. Prohor Pcinjski Monastery, the Kale archaeological site in Krsevica, the facilities for rural tourism and the ethno restaurants and mini hotels in the territory of the municipality. They will also visit the old mosque in the village of Biljaca, Bujanovac Spa, the music school, Bujanovac Lake and the factory for the production of mineral water. In addition, the shooting of the performance of the local folk ensembles and the handicrafts of the “Diligent Hands” Association was planned", Ms. Andric said.

The Tourist Organization of Bujanovac, which, this year, successfully participated in several fairs in the country and abroad, underscored the enormous importance of the project, by which the tourist potentials of the municipality of Bujanovac would be presented.

They expect that they will be able to use the film to present the tourist potential of Bujanovac at the upcoming fairs, too.
