Minister Milan Markovic, President of the Coordination Body, Ragmi Mustafa, Saip Kamberi and Slobodan Draskovic, Presidents of the Municipalities of Presevo, Bujanovac and Medvedja, and Jonuz Musliju, President of the Bujanovac Municipal Assembly, met at the Ministry of Economy and Regional Development with Dejan Jovanovic, Vice President of the Coordination Body and State Secretary and Nebojsa Ciric, Sate Secretary, and Vladislav Cvetkovic, Director of the Privatization Agency. Topics discussed at the meeting include economic issues and the privatization process, while the presidents of the said three municipalities brought forward major problems they are facing in the fields of economy and economic development. It was agreed that the representatives of the Ministry of Economy should, over the next month, study all the submitted requests and problems of the municipalities of Presevo, Bujanovac and Medvedja, so that another meeting could be held, thereafter. Nebojsa Ciric, State Secretary, said that that was the beginning of active cooperation, while Minister Markovic thanked the representatives of the Ministry of Economy and pointed out that one of the Coordination Body’s priorities was a faster economic development of these municipalities.

Upon meeting with representatives of the Ministry of Economy and Regional Development, the Coordination Body’s delegation met with representatives of the Ministry of Justice, Slobodan Homen, State Secretary, and Vojkan Simic, Assistant Minister of Justice. The representatives of the Ministry of Justice pointed out that they were familiar with judicial issues of these three municipalities and added that they had been working closely with the Coordination Body on solving those problems over the previous six months.  President of the Coordination Body underscored that the Ministry of Justice was one of the Serbian government’s ministries with which the Coordination Body had a particularly close cooperation.
