COVID-19 STATISTICS IN SERBIA

27. March 2020.

The Office for IT and e-Government set up the data on and made the statistics on the number of COVID-19 virus infected persons in the territory of the Republic of Serbia available.

Citizens can see on www.covid19.data.gov.rs  the data on the daily and total number of infected persons, as well as the visualization of these data by municipalities and cities, starting from March 6, when the first COVID-19 disease was officially recorded in Serbia.

Also, data on the number of citizens in self-isolation by municipalities and cities are being posted, while all data can be done in the xls and csv format for further processing and visualization.

The Office for IT and e-Government calls on citizens to use this information and to provide their solutions to opendata@ite.gov.rs  .

The solution used to set up and visualize the data is one of the winners of the challenge of opening data in Serbia - the Municipalities of Serbia (https://opstine.data.gov.rs/ ) within the project "Open Data - Open Opportunities", which is implemented with the support of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), the World Bank, the Government of the United Kingdom and the Swedish International Development and Cooperation Agency (SIDA).
