CONTENTS OF THE PACKAGES FOR THE MOST VULNERABLE ARE KNOWN

Bujanovac – The accelerated public procurement procedure for the basic foodstuffs and hygiene products for the packages intended for the most vulnerable citizens during the state of emergency is underway, for which the Municipality of Bujanovac allocated 500,000 dinars from the budget.

According to what the Bujanovac News learned from Bratislav Lazarevic, the Secretary of the Bujanovac Red Cross Branch Office, 125 packages, each worth 4,000 dinars, will each contain the following products: 5 kg of flour, 1 kg of beans, 1 kg of rice, 1 kg of salt, 1 kg of sugar, 2 packs of macaroni, 3 lit of oil, 3 bars of soap, ½ a lit of hair shampoo, 1 laundry soap and 3 kg of washing powder.

Around 120 volunteers have signed up to distribute the packages. They previously each signed an agreement on doing the job on a voluntary basis.

All goods for the packages, as planned, should arrive in one of the local markets after the procurement procedure has been completed, where they will be packed and distributed.
