COMPETITION FOR IMPROVING THE POSITION OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES IN THE REPUBLIC OF SERBIA IN 2016

The subject of the competition is the funding or co-funding of the programs that contribute to improving the position of disabled persons through their full participation in society by removing the obstacles they face in different areas of social life. These programs are carried out by the associations of disabled persons or other social and humanitarian organizations registered in the territory of the Republic of Serbia.

The funds for the competition are provided in the Budget of the Republic of Serbia, or in the budgetary fund for the programs for protecting and improving the position of disabled persons, the total amount of which doesn’t exceed 62,000,000.00 dinars.

Provided as part of the competition is the funding or co-funding of the programs that are aimed at:
1. Including disabled persons in community life;

2. Promoting the equality of disabled persons;

3. Eliminating information and communication barriers faced by disabled persons.
