CENTER E8: TOP TRAINING FOR TRAINERS (DEADLINE: AUGUST 10, 2019)

If you are interested in the topic of prevention of violence, discrimination and hate speech, gender equality and stereotypes in society, youth employment or information literacy, if you want to participate in creating a different, healthier and safer world in which there is room for diversity, we invite you to apply for the large, summer, comprehensive "TOP" training for the E8 trainers.

The E8 Center is looking for young, enthusiastic and motivated individuals who will first receive  training, and then have the opportunity to become part of the team,  be professionally engaged in the implementation of the E8 educational workshops and trainings, and contribute significantly to the program activities and empowerment of young people, while being constantly provided with cooperation and support.

This training is intended for all young  men and women who have experience in working with young people (youth workers, educators, activists, students, etc.), peer education experience, who are willing to acquire new knowledge and skills and join the E8 coaching team. During the training, the participants will have the opportunity to gain the skills of facilitating workshops and trainings, communication skills and public speaking skills, to learn the methodologies of working with young people, to improve knowledge about the above topics, to learn about the ethical code of conduct of trainers, to share their knowledge and experience and to learn from each other.

TOP training will take place from August 15 to 21, in an interesting atmosphere of the Katai farm in Mali Idjos.

The organizer will cover travel, accommodation and food expenses. Participants in the training will be provided with transportation from Belgrade to the venue of the training.
