CALL FOR THE CO-FINANCING OF PLANNING DOCUMENTS OF LOCAL SELF- GOVERNMENTAL UNITS (LSGUS)
The Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure issued a call for the allocation of grants from the budget of the Republic of Serbia in 2021 for co-financing the development of planning documents for local self-governments in the territory of the Republic of Serbia. The development of the following planning documents shall be co-financed:
– Spatial plan of local the self-governmental unit,
– General regulation plan for the settlement that is the seat of the local self-government,
– Detailed regulation plan for line infrastructure facilities.
The goal/purpose of the public call is to create a planning basis and encourage the planning of space.
All local self-governmental units in the Republic of Serbia have the right to participate in the call.
The maximum amount per participant in the call is 2,000,000.00 dinars.
The deadline for submitting applications is 30 days from the day of posting the public call on the website of the Ministry (posted on March 12, 2021).
