CALL FOR PROPOSALS FOR FINANCING PROJECTS IN THE FIELD OF CONTEMPORARY ART (DEADLINE: FEBRUARY 4, 2019)

The Ministry of Culture and Information of the Government of the Republic of Serbia issued a call for financing or co-financing projects in the field of Contemporary Art in the Republic of Serbia in 2019.

The call was published in the “Politika” daily and on the website of the Ministry of Culture and Information (http://www.kultura.gov.rs/cyr/konkursi/konkurs-za-finansiranje-ili-sufinansiranje-projekata-iz-oblasti-savremenog-stvaralastva-u-republici-srbiji-u-2019--godini ) and is open until February 4, 2019.

Eligible to apply are institutions, art and other associations registered for undertaking cultural activities, individuals (artists, associates or experts in the field of culture), as well as other subjects in the field of culture, with the exception of the institutions of culture founded by the Republic of Serbia, which are financed pursuant to Article 74 of the Law on Culture.

The applicant is obliged to submit a duly filled-in and verified application form, which includes the detailed description of the project, the detailed project budget, as well as data on the professional or artistic capacities of the applicant or project implementer, in five copies for all fields.

The forms for participating in the competition, depending on the area for which one applies, can be downloaded on the website of the Ministry.
