29. August 2019.

As part of the Regional Youth Initiative for Integration project, which aims to establish a long-term platform for dialogue, the academic initiative “Forum 10” launched a call for young people from two regions, which are Sandzak and South Serbia.

The project coordinator emphasized that the idea of the project was to bring together a new generation of young people from different communities who would, through dialogue, share their views on the current issues faced by their communities.

"The aim of the project is to contribute to fostering dialogue, especially among young people who are socially active in both regions, about how they see the problems that both regions are facing at the moment. I am primarily referring to the problems that the national minorities living in those regions have, "Teo Taranis said.

The project "Regional Youth Initiative for Integration" involves the organizing of two three-day forums in both regions between October 2019 and January 2020.

The conclusions and recommendations resulting from the dialogue will be presented at the final conference to be held in February 2020 in Novi Pazar. The views and opinions of young participants in the project on key topics addressed in the project will be publicized through a campaign on the Internet and social networks.
