The German government donated 5.4 million euros for the program "Strengthening Social Infrastructure in the Municipalities Affected by the Migrant Crisis."

Description: https://www.google.com/images/cleardot.gif"This is a significant assistance to our local self-governments. In addition to the funds, it is very important that someone outside the borders of our country recognizes what we were doing and what we are doing to help migrants. At the same time, this is the appreciation to the citizens for the patience that they have shown, who contributed to migrants being always welcomed and cared for. All that we will build, such as schools, roads and facilities, will remain to the citizens when the migrant crisis is over, "said Minister Vulin.

Arne Gros, the Director of the Belgrade Office of the German Development Bank (KFW), expressed his satisfaction with the signing of the agreement, as well as with the fact that the donation would help ordinary people.

“The agreement is important for the citizens who had a lot to endure during the migrant crisis. I'm glad to be a part of the assistance and help you, "Mr. Gros said.

Minister Vulin reiterated that Serbia did not cause the migrant crisis and that it could not stop it, but that it wanted to help migrants get decent living conditions and feel dignified.

The agreement provides for the financing of 27 individual projects in 14 cities and municipalities.
