Political representatives of Albanians from Bujanovac and Presevo submitted to the Ministry for Human and Minority Rights a document on their initiative for establishing the National Council of Albanians. Saip Kamberi, the mayor of Bujanovac, stated that the procedure for developing electoral rolls was underway.
