Secondary school education

The Coordination Body’s Office has been awarding scholarships, which are in the amount of 6,000 dinars per month, to secondary school students since 2009.  The scholarships are paid throughout the school year or  from September to June. 1,205 scholarships have been awarded since 2009.  The scholarship selection commission consists of representatives of the Coordination Body’s Office and the local self-governments.

The Coordination Body’s Office has been investing in school facilities since it was established. We participated in the construction of secondary school "Sezai Surroi" (Bujanovac) and primary schools in the local community of Muhovac (Bujanovac), in the village of Zuince (Presevo) and "Ibrahim Kelmendi" (Bujanovac), to which which funds were donated  for equipping the kitchen for students. Investments were made in the construction of the grammar school gym in Presevo and the "Ibrahim Kelmendi” school.   Aassistance with the extension and reconstruction of the existing school facilities, as well as with the replacement of windows and putting into order of school yards in the municipalities of Presevo, Bujanovac and Medvedja was provided.
