Bujanovac – The "United Roma Party" reached the decision to participate in the elections scheduled for the new convocation for the election of "the National Council of the Roma National Minority" and in so doing make a contribution to the participation of the Roma community in the Republic of Serbia.

Bujanovac – When it comes to the elections of members of the Albanian National Council (ANC), the Republican Electoral Commission has, so far, announced the electoral list "Alternatives for Change" of Arber Pajaziti from Bujanovac, as well as the electoral list "Democratic Party", which is led by Sali Salihi from Veliki Trnovac, although all political parties from Bujanovac and Presevo had confirmed that they would participate.

Bujanovac – The municipality of Bujanovac received 150,000 euros from EUPRO to install the new city lighting.

Medvedja – The first Festival of Honey was held in Medvedja, where forty beekeepers and manufacturers of the beekeeping equipment exhibited their products. The festival was organized by the “Apis” Association of Beekeepers, the GIZ and the municipality of Medvedja.

Bujanovac, Presevo –  Saip Kamberi, the Mayor of Bujanovac, is the new leader of the Party for Democratic Action (PDD), which the largest Albanian party in South Serbia.

Bujanovac – Sciprim Musliu is the new leader of the Movement for Democratic Progress (PDP), which is the party that was led by his father Jonuz Musliu since the party’s foundation in 2002 until his death on January 18 this year.

Leskovac-Surdulica—Vladicin Han-Trgoviste - The European Union (EU) will, through the development EUPRO program, finance with four and a half million euros the implementation of local infrastructure projects, which are aimed at a better quality of life, in 37 local self-governments in the regions of Sumadija, Western, Southern and Eastern Serbia.

Medvedja – The children from pre-school institution "Mladost" and primary school "Gornja Jablanica" from Medvedja celebrated this year’s Children's Week with art and theater workshops and created their first small works of art. 

Bujanovac – On the occasion of the Children's Week, students of elementary school "Branko Radicevic" and kids from preschool institution "Our Joy" paid a visit to Mayor Saip Kamberi.

Presevo – Serbia and Macedonia will jointly build the railway station at the Tabanovce border crossing, while the construction works are planned to begin in 2020.
