Medvedja – The grand opening of the fountain in front of the community center in Medvedja is scheduled for Friday, May 19, confirmed Nebojsa Arsic, the President of the said Municipality.  

Bujanovac - Aleksandar Vulin, Minister of Labor, Employment, Veteran and Social Affairs, and representatives of the US humanitarian and development agency CRS visited, yesterday, the Bujanovac Health Center regarding the procurement of a new boiler for the Health Center.

Bujanovac – Thanks to the efforts of the Mayor of Bujanovac, Saip Kamberi, a post-office counter was opened in the village of Muhovac, it was said on the “Bujanoci.net” portal. 

Vranje – A mini guitar festival will be held for the first time in Vranje on June 2, it was said at a meeting of the organizing committee of the guitar festival. 

Bujanovac – This year, the municipality of Bujanovac allocated 23 million dinars for agriculture, of which 3.5 million dinars are intended for livestock breeders, mainly for artificial insemination of cattle.

Bujanovaac – On May 8, the Bujanovac Red Cross organized a campaign to mark the World Red Cross and Red Crescent Day in Karadjordje Square and the main street in Bujanovac.

Belgrade – The submission of requests for exercising the right to reimbursement for fertilizers is in progress. The requests are submitted to the Ministry of Finance – the Treasury Directorate, from May 3 to September 30 of the current year.

Belgrade - Zoran Stankovic, the President of the Coordination Body of the Government of the Republic of Serbia for the Municipalities of Presevo, Bujanovac and Medvedja, said that the situation in southern Serbia was stable, that there were no inter-ethnic conflicts, nor any indications of deterioration of the security situation.

Presevo – The US Agency for International Development, the United Nations Development Program and the Ana and Vlade Divac Foundation organized spring cleaning in Miratovac called "We Work Together." Miratovac, a village in the municipality of Presevo, located near the border with Macedonia, was the first stop on the Balkan migrant route in Serbia.

Presevo, Bujanovac, Medvedja - Zoran Stankovic, the President of the Coordination Body of the Government of the Republic of Serbia for the Municipalities of Presevo, Bujanovac and Medvedja,   talked in Presevo with Ardita Sinani, the Mayor of that municipality, and added that she was willing to have all problems of the local self- government resolved in cooperation with the Government of the Republic of Serbia.
