Presevo, Bujanovac - In honor of the International Roma Day, the young involved in the YouthBuilt program, in cooperation with the Presevo Youth Office, organized the exhibition of photographs and traditional costumes of the Roma in the lobby of the Presevo Cultural Center.

Leskovac – With the aim of strengthening the economic activities of the Jablanica and Pcinj Districts, representatives of the Centre for the Development of Jablanica and Pcinj Districts reached, at a recently held meeting, an agreement on future cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture. 

Novi Pazar – The Civic Initiatives NGO signed with civil society organizations from Sandzak and South Serbia an agreement on financial and technical assistance with the implementation of public advocacy projects.

Belgrade – The “Free Zone” film festival starts its ninth tour of over 40 Serbian cities, which will be visited in April, May and June. The first city on the route is Leskovac, while the other stops, among other cities and municipalities, include Vranje and the municipalities of Bujanovac and Presevo. 

Winery owners, agronomists Ljubisa Stosic from Rakovac and Dusan Janjic from Leskovac,  named their wine cellar after Bora Stankovic’s famous short story the “Old Days.”
